Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every AL REESH piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Returns Window

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale, intimate wear, or customized/made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

Please contact us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We will guide you through the return process and arrange a pickup where possible.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to size and color availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.
